Creative visualisation is a mental technique that uses the imagination to make dreams and goals come true. Used in the right way, it can improve your life and attract success and happiness, giving you the power to alter your environment and circumstances. For some people this might seem like magic! But it’s not ‘hocus pocus’ that makes visualisations so effective.

You see the body doesn’t know the difference between what is imagined and what is real. So the more you spend in your mind, the closer you will get to the goal, or outcome you want. Visualising helps you focus on what you want in your life, and when you’re focused on what you want, you start to become aware of opportunities you were previously unconscious of.
The mental image is projected on the subconscious mind over and over again, and eventually you begin to see the outside world through the mental image in your mind, and you start acting in accordance with this image. It is like a rehearsal that you do in your mind, which eventually changes your outlook, actions, and habits.
Your life is a mirror of the thoughts you think. Therefore, the more time to spend engaged in positive outcomes through making visualisations a daily ritual, the more likely you are to enjoy those positive outcomes in your physical reality. Take loosing weight, for example.
When someone is trying to shed the kilos, the worst thing they can do is jump on the scales as it throws them straight back into their physical reality. Instead, they’d be better off using that time to visualise their ideal weight. How? Bring the picture up on the screen of your mind, and give yourself permission to actually feel what it feels like to be that weight.
