meyrick1 Geelong cricketer MEYRICK BUCHANAN's been named in the Australia's under 19 World Cup squad.

The tournament's being played in Queensland next month, and the 18-year-old says he's excited at the chance to play against some of the world's best in his age group.

But he's also looking forward to this Summer playing with Geelong, and seeing where it takes him in the Victorian program.
