St Mary's player DAVID CLARKE will head to Melbourne tomorrow night, as he appeals against his 15-match suspension for making deliberate contact with an umpire.
The Football Geelong tribunal handed down the suspension last week, putting his career suspension at 20 games and threatening his footy future.
The VCFL threshold before a possible life ban is 16 matches.
An independent panel will hear the matter at AFL Victoria's HQ.
